Walter Randall

CEO/Founder, Spatio

Walter Randall is the CEO & Founder of Lounge Studios, an 11-room multimedia facility operating for over 20 years in Midtown Manhattan NYC. Garnering much acclaim for its ascetics and acoustics, the studios were designed & hand built by Walter himself. From 2013-2016 Lounge Studios served as the East Coast Recording Studio Headquarters for Atlantic Records and Warner Chappell. During that time Walter was tapped by the CEO of Atlantic Records to provide A&R and talent scouting services for the Label.

In 2017 Walter founded the record label “Randall House” & distributor “Push Music Group” which put out artist Ava Raiin whose album debuted on 5 Billboard charts including #9 R&B/Hip Hop album sales. In 2019 the “Randall House” released RuPaul DragRace Allstars winner Monet Xchange's album with songs that reached as high as #4 on the European Dance Charts.

Walter is also a patent holder and the CEO/Founder of Wraith Audio, an audio equipment design company whose gear has been used in the making of multiple Billboard charting & Grammy award winning albums.

Walter's latest endeavor seems poised to steal the spotlight from all of the other companies he has founded. Spatio, his new music technology company, has flipped the industry on its head. Since Spatio's launch several of the largest Major and Independent Labels & distribution companies have signed exclusive deals to have Spatio mix their music in Atmos spatial audio. To top that off, a market which saw less than 1/1000 of its contributors able to afford releasing in the Atmos format has now been given a tool to level the playing field.

Walter's mission is to diversify the music industry landscape by making it more inclusive and less exclusive for independent artists. Hailing from an underserved community in Cleveland OH, this quest goes hand in hand with his passion to inspire the youth of such communities. Walter serves as an inspirational speaker and uses Lounge Studios as a hub for New York City's YMCA & Dept. of Education's “At-Risk Youth” programs.
