Brian Goins

Brian is an expert technologist with over a decade of experience spanning automation, systems integration & telecommunications. He has been responsible for imaginatively powering new business ventures and digital business transformations for many companies.

Almost 15 years ago, he began his career at a series of small consultancies, helping to provide a range of technical services including enterprise system customization, large-scale data migration, and complex system integration. He gained recognition in his early career through a high capacity for delivering solutions, notable project successes and a strong work ethic. In 2018, he founded Rustbrook to help companies and entrepreneurs launch innovative ventures and improve customer and employee journeys through the application of technology.

Brian was raised in Red Springs, NC. From an early age, he honed his musical skills learning to play several instruments and becoming ever the more immersed into the worlds of R&B and hip-hop. He also developed a love for computers, fixing them wherever he could, whether there were hardware or software problems. Brian attended NC State University, where he earned a degree in Computer Engineering and discovered his ability and love for computer programming. He maintained a connection to music over the years through a deep interest in the work of various artists, and through tinkering with music production.

Today, Brian brings his unique blend of talents and interests to Spatio by applying technology to help achieve the lofty visions of the company, and to collaborate with immensely talented producers & engineers to bring spatial audio to the work of many wonderful artists.
